When you submit an enquiry, Novect stores your details in a private enquiry database so we can review them and follow up manually using your preferred contact method. Submitting this form does not automatically send an email or share your details with an admissions partner.

Novect is the public brand for this independent education enquiry and referral service. Questions about this notice, how the service is operated or your information can be sent to hello@novect.co.uk.
What we expect to collect
The enquiry form collects your first name, contact details, preferred contact method, subject interest and study goal. It also records the initial check outcome, your required confirmations and your optional marketing choice. Your individual eligibility answers are not submitted or stored. Where present, campaign information from the page address is saved with your enquiry.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, understand your circumstances at a preliminary level, discuss possible next steps and keep an accurate record of the conversation. We use the optional marketing choice only to decide whether to send future opportunity information.
Sharing with an admissions partner
Completing an enquiry does not automatically send your information to a university or admissions provider. If a possible route is identified, Novect will explain the proposed introduction and ask for your agreement before referral details are shared.
Storage, retention and your rights
The website host processes and stores enquiries for Novect. Access is restricted to authorised people managing enquiries. Novect keeps enquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an agreed next step and meet applicable record-keeping duties. You can use the email address above to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Advertising measurement
Novect uses the Google tag to understand whether advertising leads to a completed website enquiry. The tag may use cookies or similar browser information for measurement. This configuration does not send the answers or contact details entered in the enquiry form to Google. You can read more in Google's privacy policy.
